The Amaseno Lodge No. 3 Scholarship

The Members of the Amaseno Lodge No. 3 have established a scholarship funded by the non-for profit organization as a means of furthering the academic goals of young students. The Amaseno club was originally founded in 1913 and its main purpose was to aid Italian immigrants in their time of need upon entry in to the U.S. by providing a death benefit to the family of a deceased member. The club continues to promote Italian culture and supports generations of Italian immigrants and the dream of a better way of life for their families here in America. In support of that dream, the Amaseno Lodge No. 3 will award 2 college scholarships in the amount of $1000 each offered to high school graduates of Italian ancestry. The scholarship committee will consider financial need, scholastic achievement, and activities showing character and leadership skills.
